1. The SEALL is not involved in mutual agreement between buyers and suppliers.

2. The responsibility for the mutual contract between the two parties lies with both parties.

3. The supplier assigned shall pay the platform fee, 6% of contracted amount within 30 days since job is signed by the client.

4. All disadvantage caused by failure of timely payment of platform commission shall be assumed by party who breaches.

5. The supplier is obliged to inform the status of job proceedings whenever requested by SEALL. And the supplier has obligation to disclose a part of contract term such as delivery deadline and contracted amount to SEALL. Otherwise The supplier shall be liable for compensation for the any damages incurred in relation of breach.
